Dr. Jörg Herwig has a perennial experience in advising on private equity and mergers & acquisitions.

He has advised numerous national and international clients, in particular private equity and infra funds, on takeovers, acquisitions, auction procedures, disposals, carve-outs, mergers, restructurings and other corporate law issues, including management incentive programs, shareholder agreements and guarantee and indemnity insurance, in particular regarding clients in the life science and health care industry. He regularly lectures and publishes on these topics.

Jörg is a partner and notary at the Frankfurt office, head of our German Private Equity & Funds practice, as well as a local personnel partner and coordinator of the Hogan Lovells "China Desk".
