Abbie Ding is a leader in market intelligence. She joined Uber in 2017, and since then she has led its marketing intelligence functions across Safety, Merchants, and B2B teams, helping grow the business with customer insights. She has extensive experience with setting up and leading large global customer insights projects and working closely with cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment. Her work has been critical to making sure customer voices are embedded in the creation of the Uber experiences. Prior to Uber, Abbie led customer insights and analytics at MetLife and helped the company launch the Brighthouse Financial brand. She holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) at Northwestern University.
