Vicky Kelberer is the Research and Strategy Group Manager at Vanguard Charitable, a leading U.S. nonprofit organization and sponsor of donor-advised funds. In her role, Vicky leads a team of data scientists, business analysts, and project managers, and is responsible for identifying and prioritizing the organization’s strategic and tactical research needs. Her work blends qualitative and quantitative methods to create data-driven organizational strategies, and provide policy and product insights. Vicky has worked in non-profit research for ten years, across the fields of human rights, higher education, forced migration, and charitable giving, and is thrilled to be supporting Vanguard Charitable’s mission of increasing philanthropy and maximizing its impact over time.
