Paul Coady has nearly 30 years of international experience in risk, compliance and financial crime prevention. He has worked in Dublin, London and New York, leading global teams, programmes and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.His previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer for DBRS, Group Head of Compliance Policy & Learning at Barclays, and Global Head of Financial Crime Risk Education & Culture at Deutsche Bank.

Throughout his career, Paul has delivered major transformation and remediation programmes focused on practically embedding complex legal and regulatory requirements. He brings a clear and practical approach to understanding compliance and financial crime and has extensive experience advising boards and senior leaders, and educating entire firms.
