Presentation Requirements

We know you are pros at this, but we’ve included a few speaker guidelines to keep in mind as you prepare. Your audience will have high expectations and, well, so do we!

  • Most breakout sessions are 35 minutes long
    • Aim to deliver a 25-minute presentation with 10 minutes for Q&A
  • Slide decks are optional, please indicate if you intend on having one when filling out your registration.
    • Your slide deck must be in a PowerPoint or PDF document, in 16:9 aspect ratio.
    • If you would prefer to build your slides in Keynote, Google Slides, etc. please export it as a PowerPoint or PDF before uploading it.
    • You may use any presentation theme you’d like.
  • Final presentations are due by January 27th, 2025.
    • When your presentation is ready, please submit by email to annie.sides@informa.com
    • If your file is too large to send via email, you may use any file sharing service of your choice. For example, DropBox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.
