Sarah has been a driving force in shaping and growing Magid’s strategic consumer insights practice through application and execution of primary research. In her 20+ years with the firm, Sarah has played a critical role in leveraging the consumer voice to drive the development of clients' strategies, creative, brands, and products, personally conducting over a thousand focus groups and in-depth interviews to inform and advise clients.
In addition to her role as a qualitative consultant and strategist, Sarah is a senior leader at Magid managing many key client accounts. She is also responsible for developing the skills and maintaining the quality of the qualitative research team across the company. Sarah’s areas of expertise include Kids & Family Dynamics, Brand Positioning, Customer Experience & Journey, Creative Testing & Optimization, and Product Launch & Development.
