Cécile is Axon Lawyers’ data protection and privacy expert. As a senior attorney-at-law and CIPP/E-certified privacy-specialist with a background in both healthcare law and civil law, she supports clients with highly strategic advice about a wide range of subjects such as clinical research and investigations, collaborations, data protection and medical devices. Cécile has an interest in the interaction of data protection legislation and product regulation (including but not limited to MDR, IVDR and the AI Act) as well as in the impact of the aforementioned legislation on clinical research and product development in the broadest sense.
