Kristina McGuire, Ph.D. has spent her career in the field of precision medicine and companion diagnostics and is currently Executive Director and Head of Diagnostics and Clinical Laboratory Operations within Precision Medicine at Regeneron in Armonk, NY. Kristina has been at Regeneron since 2017 and is building and leading a team that is responsible for delivery of diagnostic assays as well as leading and a growing organization supporting clinical laboratory operations. She has gained valuable experience in various aspects of precision medicine, companion diagnostics, IVDR and clinical laboratory operations from positions held at pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies as well as at institutions that provide outsourced laboratory work for the pharmaceutical industry. From there she has continued to support precision medicine but has focused her career to become an expert in diagnostics, laboratory delivery and supporting successful patient selection strategies for eventual registration of both the drug and the diagnostic.
