Michele Boggiani is Director, Global Legal Lead, Aesthetics and Consumer Care business units at Galderma in Lausanne. Before Galderma, Michele was Senior Legal Counsel at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, also based in the Lausanne area. Before that, Michele was in private practice at Sidley Austin as part of the Life Sciences, Investigations & Compliance Practice Group in Brussels. In his career, Michele has been involved in providing legal & compliance advice on the development and commercialization of medicines, medical devices, and cosmetics, as well as in regulatory law and healthcare compliance matters and internal investigations. He is a regular speaker at industry and law firm events. He holds a Ph.D. and first degree in law from the University of Parma, Italy, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School
