Shreya Sridhar is a Principal Systems Engineer and Technical Lead in the medical device industry, with over a decade of experience developing software-intensive and AI-enabled systems for regulated healthcare applications. She has led systems architecture, requirements engineering, risk management, and verification and validation activities across spinal, cranial, wearable, and cardiopulmonary technologies. Her work sits at the intersection of systems engineering, software, and AI/ML in safety-critical environments. Shreya is a Six Sigma Black Belt, an inventor on multiple patents, and an active contributor to the systems engineering community through peer review, technical leadership, and professional service. She holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
