Ms. Sietske Eerens is senior Inspector at the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), Netherlands, for over 13 years. She is part of the IGJ Vigilance team.

Sietske Eerens is member of the MDCG borderline and Classification workgroup and member of the MDCG PMSV working group. She is current chair of the task force writing a MDCG guidance on Post market Surveillance system. She was also involved in the drafting of several other European guidance documents under the MDR and IVDR.

Sietske Eerens has a background as a registered intensive care nurse, circulation practitioner, and vocational teacher in health and welfare.
