Jovana is an Associate Director and Events Lead at Robert Bird Group with over 10 years’ experience in structural engineering. Jovana obtained her master’s degree in structural engineering from elite universities in Czech Republic and Portugal. Over the first 6 years of her career, Jovana worked across different departments at Robert Bird Group (including Structures and Construction Engineering) which contributed to her very diverse project portfolio (from temporary structures to tall towers, airports, museums, etc.). She leveraged that diverse background, to develop a holistic understanding of the industry. Over the last 4 years, Jovana has been mainly focused on projects in the events industry where she found her passion. Her notable achievements include leading the structural design for major music festivals in the KSA. Jovana has also been instrumental in pioneering modular and demountable building systems that enhance sustainability and flexibility in event industry. Through her work, Jovana aims to blend creative engineering with practical execution, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations
