Consultant and practitioner in radiation protection in industries involving NORM.Experience in the remediation of uranium mining sites, NORM waste management in the oiland gas industry, metallurgy, and various sectors of the mineral processing industry.Consultant to landfill operators regarding radioactivity in waste. Work in the field ofradionuclide migration in water bodies and radioecology. Active experience with publicparticipation in the disposal of radioactive waste, particularly in connection with the Asseproject in Germany.

Former member of the German Commission on Radiation Protection (SSK); Co-Chair of theIRPA Task Group on NORM; Vice President of ENA, Associate Editor of Radiation ProtectionDosimetry.
