Profile
Edouard Vialou is a Chemical Engineer and Radiation Safety Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the mining and metallurgy industry. He spent a decade coordinating environmental programs, driving compliance, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
He has led key projects in radiation protection, licensing, audits, and regulatory compliance, including the implementation of radon and internal contamination monitoring systems, as well as the development of training and risk communication strategies.
Edouard is a member of the ENVIRONET Steering Committee and serves as Regional Coordinator for Latin America, contributing to international efforts on NORM management. He currently focuses on radiation safety, environmental protection, and circular economy solutions for Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM).
