Profile

Marta García-Talavera is Deputy Director for Institutional Relations and knowledge transfer at CIEMAT. A physicist with a PhD and over 25 years of experience in radiation protection, she has developed her career at the interface of science, regulation and public policy.

She has led and participated in international initiatives within HERCA and the IAEA. Her current work focuses on strengthening institutional partnerships, enhancing knowledge transfer and promoting collaboration between research organizations, industry, public authorities and international stakeholders.
