Brandee McCarthy is a Senior HSE Representative with Expand Energy and an accomplished environmental and safety professional with more than 17 years of industry and regulatory experience. Holding a B.S. In Chemistry from Centenary College and an MBA from Walden University, she combines technical expertise with business acumen to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Prior to joining Expand Energy, Brandee spent 14 years with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality's Remediation Services Division, overseeing environmental investigation, remediation projects, and regulatory compliance programs. At Expand Energy, she focuses on environmental compliance, operational risk management, incident response, contractor engagement, and safety culture initiatives across upstream natural gas operations. Her passion for stewardship, leadership development, and continuous process improvement has made her a trusted resource and advocate for operational excellence.
