Srikanth Paladugu, MBBS, MPH, MBA is Bureau Chief of the Radiation Control Bureau at the New Mexico Environment Department. He has over two decades of experience in environmental health, radiation protection, and public health program leadership. His work includes statewide oversight of radon control, medical imaging regulation, nuclear worker advocacy, and radiation safety. Previously, he led the Environmental Health Epidemiology Bureau at the New Mexico Department of Health, managing programs in biomonitoring, childhood lead poisoning prevention, and environmental public health tracking.
Dr. Paladugu holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Osmania Medical College in India, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from New Mexico State University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Information Technology from the University of New Mexico. He brings a multidisciplinary background in medicine, public health, and healthcare management to the development and implementation of data-driven, community-focused health initiatives.
