James M. Hylko has over 35 years of nuclear industry experience covering leadership training, quality assurance and supply chain qualification activities, software quality assurance, and decommissioning. He is an American Society for Quality - Certified Quality Auditor (CQA, since 1996).In addition, Mr. Hylko served as an instructor for the International Atomic Energy Agency (Nuclear Energy Management School, Safety Culture); Informa Radiological Protection and Decommissioning Summer Schools (Field Safety, QA / SQA, Cambridge, UK); World Nuclear University (Decommissioning, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024); and Working Group Co-Chair for the ANSI / HPS standard, 13.50, Radiological Characterization of Low-Level Radioactive and Transuranic Wastes (Published in December 2024).Jim earned his Master of Public Health degree in health physics from The University of Michigan School of Public Health (1986); received the Health Physics Society's Elda E. Anderson award for significant contributions to health physics (2000); and is a Fellow of the Waste Management Symposium (Phoenix, Arizona, 2022).
