Profile

Kurt, the visionary founder of Rad Pros, established the company in 2010, setting the stage for what has become the country’s leading resource for managing NORM/TENORM and hazardous materials. Under his leadership, and with the pivotal addition of Chad Hyslop as VP of Waste and Logistics, Rad Pros has significantly expanded its reach and impact regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Today, Rad Pros proudly serves a broad spectrum of sectors including oil and gas, water treatment, manufacturing, carbon measurement, and mining—across the globe. As a staunch advocate for organizations like the NDPC, COGA, NMOGA and API, Kurt and his team have been appointed as Radiation Safety Officers for numerous entities throughout the U.S. Their trusted name in the industry is synonymous with excellence in technical and regulatory consulting, as well as comprehensive project work. Rad Pros offers a full spectrum of services including waste management and brokering, decommissioning, decontamination, and remediation/reclamation across multiple states. Committed to making a difference, Kurt and his team also actively support women and youth through initiatives like Lifeline, Covered Colorado, and FCA.
