An experienced professional holding a solid background with 14 years of experience in HSSE within the Oil & Gas industry, Luciano Fraga is Health and Hygiene Lead at SBM Offshore.

He holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering, and is currently pursuing further studies in Occupational Hygiene and Labor Expertise. Luciano has led strategic initiatives such as the development of an integrated management system that achieved triple ISO certification (9001, 14001, and 45001), and the safe decommissioning of an FPSO with zero worker contamination to ionizing radiation (NORM).

He is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives through genuine active care, ensuring that workers return home safe and healthy every day.
