Stacey Malerba has 20 years of environmental consulting experience, working for Ecology & Environment, Woodward-Clyde, and URS, and 13 years of industry experience in the Oil and Gas midstream sector working for Kinder Morgan. Ms. Malerba’s consulting years were focused on field investigations, project planning, quality assurance, data quality and usability assessments, and project management. Ms. Malerba’s industry career is focused on regulatory compliance in the realms of waste management, discharge permits, emergency preparedness planning and response, as well as managing spill prevention, control, and countermeasures (SPCC) programs for the facilities in her service area which includes Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Ms. Malerba is the Designated Official responsible for Kinder Morgan’s compliance with the Colorado TENORM regulation found at 6 CCR 1007-1, Part 20.
Stacey Malerba received her B.S. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati in 1990.
