Joseph Zucchi, PA-C, MPAS is the Clinical Supervisor and Physician Associate at Transition Medical Weight Loss in Salem, New Hampshire, where he leads a multidisciplinary obesity medicine program focused on comprehensive, evidence-based care. Under his clinical leadership, the practice has helped more than 2,500 patients lose over 55,000 pounds and has been recognized as a leading weight loss center in New Hampshire.
Joe is a board member of the New England Obesity Society and is actively involved in obesity medicine education, advocacy, and efforts to improve patient access to treatment. His clinical work includes prescribing and managing anti-obesity medications, navigating prior authorizations, insurance coverage, reimbursement barriers, and formulary restrictions, giving him a practical front-line perspective on the challenges patients and clinicians face in accessing modern obesity therapies.
