Philip Just Larsen is the CEO of Antag Therapeutics, a role he assumed in 2026 after serving as chairman of Antag's Board of Directors from 2018 to 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading research divisions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Previously, Philip Just Larsen was the CEO of Sixpeaks Bio AG and Senior Vice President, Global Head of Pharma Research and Early Development Precision Medicine at Bayer AG. He has held R&D leadership roles at several global pharmaceutical companies, including Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Sanofi. As CSO for Diabetes and Obesity at Eli Lilly, he led the initiation of the dual incretin agonist programmes that resulted in tirzepatide and mazdutide. He holds an MD and a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Copenhagen.
