Marta Martinez Echavarri is the Co-Head of Product Tax at Man Group where she has worked since 2018, in charge of tax advice and counsel including fund maintenance and risk management support and oversight to various business units at Man Group. She has responsibility for all tax matters impacting Man-managed funds and is involved in strategic planning for new launches, as well as the ongoing operations of existing funds. Her career in tax started at Deloitte Spain where she worked advising a wide range of banking and asset management clients before moving to PWC UK in 2017. Marta has a deep experience in tax structuring for liquid and private market funds, AEOI and other areas of compliance including Real Estate, as well as operational taxes for funds.
