Bill Leonard has been with the National Capital Commission since 2012 and is currently the Vice-President of the Real Estate and Development Branch. With over 20 years of experience in construction, property management, and real estate development, Bill specializes in complex projects and unique opportunities. Bill holds a MASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
