Bruce Thomas

Bruce Thomas is currently the President of Ron Eastern Construction Ltd. (RECL). He has been with RECL since 1987 when he graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Civil Engineering program. He is a professional engineer. He has held the roles of estimator, project manager and vice-president of construction during his time at RECL. He is a member of the Ottawa Construction Association’s (OCA) Board of Directors, the Chairman of the OCA’s Education Committee, and the Chairman of the Ottawa Construction Labour Relations Association. He leads a construction group that focuses on commercial office buildings, high rise residential buildings and office fit-ups.
