Dan has over thirty years of real estate experience, mostly with best-in-class institutional managers including QuadReal, Bentall, O&Y and Dream. ADCL owns and or manages a mixed-use portfolio of 2.2M SF in the National Capital Region along with development holdings. In addition to being a landlord and property developer of office and industrial space for over 60 years, Arnon handles over 450 residential doors, operates an office cleaning division to service its portfolio, and under Gilad Parking provides parking management services.
