Daniel Byrne calls on a decade of experience with mixed-use development. He began his real estate career with CMHC in the 1990s. He entered development after 7 years working as a management consultant focused on real estate. He has directly managed successful entitlement of over 1.4m square feet of mixed-use development. Daniel has extensive relationships in the design and engineering community and a deep understanding of development economics.
