Since joining First National in 2001, he has originated close to $11 billion in loans and is an expert in all forms of CMHC Market as well as MLI Select Affordable construction and term financing programs for multi-unit residential assets. Darryl is also actively engaged in conventional financings for industrial, office and specialty retail properties using First National’s industry-leading Core Conventional product as well as mezzanine and bridge loan programs.
