Glenn is a portfolio manager for Manulife Investment Management, responsible for the portfolio strategy and performance of one of the firm’s open-ended Canadian real estate portfolios, and ensuring a well-balanced and diversified portfolio that meets client expectations. Glenn has over 30 years of real estate experience in treasury, project financing, acquisitions and dispositions, institutional advisory, and portfolio management. In a previous role, Glenn was the fund manager for an institutional open-ended pooled fund, growing the fund from $275 million to over $1 billion in AUM. Prior to joining Manulife Investment Management, Glenn worked in the real estate groups of Standard Life Investments and The Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in a number of progressive roles.
