James Beach, since joining Broccolini 15 years ago, has worn many hats within their vertically integrated organization. Taking on leadership roles within both the construction and real estate development divisions of the company, James has lead a wide range of projects in the residential, office, and industrial asset classes, representing a total project value of over $2.5B CDN.

Having guided the Ottawa office in all Real Estate and Development pursuits, including landing two significant deals with E-commerce giant Amazon for a 1M sq.ft. warehouse and a 2.88M sq.ft. Robotics Sortation center (wherein Broccolini assumed the role as builder, developer, landlord and property manager for these large-scale Fulfillment Center), the local focus will now turn towards to deployment of over 250 acres of strategic industrial lands with the Nations Capital.

In his current role of Vice President, James is now leading Broccolini’s continued ICI growth across all markets, including major expansion across Quebec and Ontario focusing primarily on large scale and complex industrial projects.
