Since joining Metcalfe Realty in 2012, a local family-owned and operated commercial real estate and property management firm, she has leveraged her extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to drive successful outcomes - renewing tenants and leasing vacant space. Jen holds an MBA from Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, an undergraduate degree from Acadia University, as well as earning her PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.

Jen has served on the BOMA board since 2020 and became Chair of the Board in 2024. Committed to tenant satisfaction, she strives to create environments where tenants thrive and businesses flourish, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.
