Jenna Wood is a Managing Principal with over 18 years of experience leading complex projects and programs across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. With a background in civil engineering and credentials as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), she has directed teams through every stage of project delivery—from due diligence and feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction, and move management. She brings particular expertise in project risk management, procurement strategy development, and planning for large programs of projects. In her current leadership role, Jenna is responsible for driving growth, developing business strategies, and inspiring teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
