Profile
With over 25 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, project management, real estate development, and infrastructure procurement, Jonathan Párraga is a key leader at TCU. Based in Ottawa since 2004, he oversees the final stages of design development and manages the construction process. Jonathan leads a talented team of project managers, collaborating with design teams, construction managers, trade partners, and stakeholders to bring ownership’s mid-rise and high-rise developments to life and enhance Ottawa’s housing market.
Before joining TCU, Jonathan provided technical expertise to notable projects such as Ottawa’s Light Rail Transit (Phase II Procurement), Urbandale’s Riverside South Residential Development, eQuinelle Residential Development, 700 Gardiners Road in Kingston, and major U.S. landmarks like Ford Field Detroit Lion’s Stadium, and GM’s Renaissance Center. He holds an Honours BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario.
