Josh Kardish is the Senior Vice-President of Eq Homes, an Ottawa-based home building firm. Before this role, Mr. Kardish worked in land use planning and development at the Regional Group of Companies, in this capacity he managed large scale residential subdivision development from acquisition through to completion. He completed his Master of Urban and Rural Planning from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Commerce, also from Dalhousie University. Prior to joining The Regional Group in 2006, Mr. Kardish worked as a Planning Consultant for Novatech Engineering Consultants Limited, an Ottawa-based engineering consulting firm. Mr. Kardish is the past President of the Greater Ottawa Homebuilders Association and current Board Member of the Ontario Homebuilders Association and volunteers with other non-profit agencies in the Ottawa area.
