In his role, Kristopher oversees land acquisitions, project planning, and execution. He leads engagement with private and institutional partners, tenants, and investors, while also managing relationships with municipal, provincial, and federal stakeholders. He ensures every project reflects ROSEFELLOW.’s commitment to architectural excellence, long-term value creation, and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s responsible growth across both industrial and residential sectors.
