Matt oversees the Ottawa office, originating $3 billion in conventional financing across all asset classes and CMHC-insured debt on multi-residential rental properties across Canada.

Matt joined Canada ICI in 2015 after spending seven years in commercial real estate banking. Matt’s banking experience has provided him with an appreciation for facilitating partnerships with clients by structuring intricate and complex projects for their construction financing, asset acquisition, and refinancing needs.
