Michael Swan is currently an AVP, Office / Industrial, Property Management and Leasing for Morguard with approximately 5,000,000 sq.ft. under his management. He has leased and managed full city blocks Ottawa’s Central Business District for Oxford, O and Y Enterprise, Bentall and Brookfield Properties prior to joining Morguard. Additionally, Michael is on the Board of Directors for the Sparks Street Mall.
