Miguel Tremblay is a Partner and Owner at Fotenn. A bilingual Planner with over 27 years’ experience in land use, development and municipal planning in Canada and the United States. Miguel provides strategic planning advice and comprehensive project management on a variety of private and public sector development projects. Miguel has established a strong record of successfully guiding complex, mixed-use, residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects through to the approvals process. Key residential Clients include Claridge Homes, Mattamy, Minto, Richcraft Homes, Theberge Homes and Ottawa Community Housing (OCH). Miguel also has experience working with commercial Clients including Morguard, Riocan REIT, Dymon Storage and Trinity Development Group. At all stages, Miguel skillfully manages project details, coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and negotiates issue resolution through to approval. Miguel also has a strong and successful record as an expert witness for the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
