Nico Zentil specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for corporate, institutional and private equity investors on a local and national level. As a member of CBRE's National Investment Team – comprised of certain leading investment sales professionals across North America – Nico heads the Ottawa Capital Markets desk and is responsible for deal origination and execution in the National Capital Region. Since 2011, Nico has completed over $5.0B in sales comprising some of Ottawa's largest and most high profile investment transactions including the sale of Constitution Square (1,060,000 SF, $480M, downtown office) which represented the largest deal in Ottawa's history; Place de Ville (1,175,000 SF, $350M, downtown office complex); and the Island Park Towers Portfolio (642 suites at $267M). Nico has developed a strong client base and past successes have been the result of his ability to run an efficient and effective process for each assignment.
