Oliver Tighe is Executive Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services with Colliers in Ottawa. With nearly two decades of experience, he is a recognized leader in commercial real estate valuation, specializing in all major asset classes including land, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and special-purpose properties. Oliver oversees operations and strategic growth for the Ottawa office and leads Colliers’ national self-storage valuation team. He is frequently engaged by lenders, developers, and institutional clients for complex assignments, litigation support, and market insights. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and earned his AACI designation in 2010.
