As Vice President and Head of Real Estate Investments, Richard leads DGAM’s real estate team, establishing the strategic direction of and overseeing all real estate activities, including acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management. With over thirty years of experience in real estate, covering various asset types and markets, Richard has held several prestigious leadership positions with major companies and real estate investment funds. Notably, he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, investor relations and capital markets at Stonehenge NYC for over 10 years. He also led Cadim, a real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, as President for 10 years. More recently, he held the roles of President and Global Head at Fiera Real Estate, as well as Senior Vice President at Woodbourne. He has also served on the Boards of various public real estate companies such as RioCan, Inovalis, and Agellan.
