Sachin Anand is responsible for identifying and overseeing commercial real estate acquisitions, focusing on value-add commercial and mid/high-rise development opportunities to drive the firm's portfolio growth and investment goals. With a rich background as a trusted advisor, commercial lender, and mortgage broker, Sachin has originated and funded over $2 billion in loans for Ottawa clients since 2009. His experience extends to Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, working in London and New York. He brings expertise in underwriting, financing, valuation, and risk mitigation, earning the trust of clients and peers alike. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a major in Finance and an International Business Strategy minor from ESSCA in France. A former founder and captain of the McGill Men’s Lacrosse team, he remains an active board member. Having lived in five cities across four countries and traveled to 40+ countries, Sachin offers a truly global perspective.
