Scott is passionate about buildings: their design and construction, ongoing performance, deterioration and failure, and opportunities for decarbonization and retrofit. His diverse experience includes sustainability and decarbonization advisory, enclosure design for new buildings and retrofits, roofs and vegetated roofs, and integrated design facilitation.

Scott’s project experience includes commercial, institutional, heritage, recreational, mid- and high-rise residential, and neighborhood developments in Canada, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. A LEED Accredited Professional, past Secretary and Board member of the CaGBC Greater Toronto Chapter, a Building Science Specialist (BSS), and Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), Scott is an integrator and successfully bridges the traditional gap between Architectural and Engineering disciplines.
