Having joined the firm in 1990 and assumed the role of CEO in 2003, Sean has led the company through remarkable change and sustained growth, ultimately growing the firm 5-fold since 2003.

His expertise as a master communicator is invaluable to the company and he is always ready to help a perspective client understand why working with Lundy feels different, delivering both peace of mind and phenomenal results. He is a dedicated mentor to his team, and makes it his personal mission to help every employee achieve their highest potential.
