Sean Robertson-Tait is a Director with the Altus Group in the Ottawa office. Prior to joining Altus Group in 2015, Sean worked as a commercial and residential appraiser on a wide variety of assignments at Affiliated Property Group, in a mid-size appraisal firm in Ottawa. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has provided a range of consulting and valuation services for developers, investors, financial institutions and public sector clients. In particular, he has continued to help develop and maintain Altus’ extensive multi-unit residential database and practice. With the proliferation of purpose-built rental projects and Ottawa, Sean has a completed a number of feasibility studies and valuation work for local, national and international developers.
