Sheila Botting is Principal & President, Global Enterprise Clients with Avison Young, and a member of the Global Executive and Management Committee. Through her executive real estate career, Sheila has led multi-disciplinary real estate services, teams and assignments across the global industry with owners, investors and corporate occupiers alike, earning the reputation as one of the “go to” commercial real estate advisors globally.

Today Sheila is responsible for Avison Young’s Global platform including corporate real estate, workplace and corporate consulting, project & construction management, real estate & infrastructure consulting and other integrated services.

Prior to Avison Young, Sheila was Senior Practice Partner & Real Estate Leader with Deloitte LLP, and President of Deloitte Real Estate Inc. where she led many corporate real estate and workplace transformation assignments leading to major developments with Brookfield, Cadillac Fairview and others. Her clients included financial institutions, government entities, major investors and many private companies. Prior to Deloitte, Sheila was Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield responsible for Consulting and Valuation, where she worked with many of the industry’s largest capital markets entities and institutional investors, along with private and public sector organizations.

Sheila was recently a Trustee of First Capital REIT (FCR) and Advisory Board Director at MBI Corporation, a global investor in QSR entities in the food services industry.
