Stephen Martin, is a proven development professional and thoughtful leader with over 35 years of experience in the value creation in the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario market. Holding senior positions with Canderel, Minto Commercial, CBRE and Colonnade Bridgeport he has directly managed development, construction and project management teams and has been responsible for signature projects in commercial, mixed-use and institutional sectors. As part of Nokia Canada’s NI Real Estate Team, he is currently leveraging his unique experience to deliver Nokia’s Ottawa Innovation Campus in Kanata North. It is through these experiences that Stephen has been able to dedicate his professional life to leading the amazing journey from Vision to Value. A lifelong Ottawa area resident, Stephen holds a BA from Carleton University and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
