Casey Birkdale is the head of the Jack in the Box Foundation, the charitable arm of Jack in the Box. She leads the Foundation's fundraising across franchisee events, vendor partnerships, and cause-marketing initiatives — including a Halo Award-winning in-store campaign that raises over $1 million each September for No Kid Hungry. She also oversees a local community grants program and a restaurant employee relief fund. Across the business, Casey champions franchisee and employee engagement, rallying corporate and restaurant teams around the Foundation's work.

Before taking the helm of the Jack in the Box Foundation, Casey built corporate and community partnerships for Rady Children’s Hospital, Shriners Children’s, and the TGR Foundation.

She lives in San Diego with her husband, their nine-month-old son, and their dog.
