Jennifer Bach has served as Vice President of Break Time Operations for MFA Oil Company since June 2023, leading the company's Break Time convenience store division.
Since joining MFA Oil in 1998, Jennifer has held a wide range of positions across the Break Time division, including Price Book Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Category Manager, Marketing and Merchandising Manager, Director of Operations, and now Vice President. Her career reflects a deep understanding of convenience retail operations and a commitment to developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Jennifer holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Pensacola Christian College and earned her MBA from the University of Missouri.
